Legacy Homes by Delagrange, is the next generation of The Delagrange family of home builders. Started by John Lemler & Holly Delagrange, the long-lasting tradition of experience, expertise and highest of quality is passed on. Holly is the daughter of Roger Delagrange and her husband John have been working along side Roger for 20+ years. John started in the field learning and quickly became a builders representative. During that time John was also a top producing real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber and served a term on the Board of Directors for the Fort Wayne Home Builders Association.. Holly's experience is equal, however she has carried her experience on the planning phase working directly with the client throughout the entire building process, from the choice and design of floor plans, to the selection of amenities in the new home, Holly's experience and continued success is a testament to her years of study directly under Roger, his family and partners throughout the years.

Combined, they carry more than 40 years of real estate experience between them, all driven from the one man who started it all back in 1976, Roger Delagrange through his Uncle Delbert Delagrange. Legacy Homes by Delagrange strives to use only the best materials & skilled craftsman to ensure a quality product. Our relationships with our sub-contractors is very good. As a result, we will be able to use virtually the same sub-contractors on every villa we build, to ensure the highest quality product.
